"August Occasion" is an Annual Art Exhibition held at the C1872 Old Post Office Seymour. The restored multi-roomed heritage building was established as a Fine Art Gallery and Restaurant in 1992. The solo artists alternate, this year will feature Agnes Szetey (Even Years) and 2011 Paul Margocsy (Odd years).

As part of the BigFi$h promotion of Murrindindi/Mitchell Bushfire Tourism Recovery Group the exhibtion will also feature 'Fish Art' in ceramic, glass and wood plus paintings.

Wildlife Art features annually at the Old Post Office Seymour in February and March. The Main Gallery comes alive with vibrant depictions of 'Animals and Birds' both large and small. Numerous noted Australian Wildlife artists exhibit recent works in most mediums. The exhibition also features Natural Landscape Paintings and Sculpture.
